HR Manager – People Experience

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Manager with strong Talent Acquisition leadership, employer branding, and public speaking skills to lead our TA function and represent the organization across campus and industry events.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who is confident leading a team, managing hiring strategy, speaking to large audiences, and presenting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team and manage hiring KPIs.
- Plan and execute annual/quarterly recruitment strategies.
- Drive campus hiring and university partnerships.
- Represent the company at campus drives, industry events, and hiring events.
- Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, job portals, and offline channels.
- Conduct pre-placement talks, HR sessions, presentations, and event anchoring.
- Manage recruitment vendors, job portals, and hiring partners.




- Drive performance management and employee development processes.
- Present recruitment and workforce insights to senior leadership.
- Draft and manage professional internal HR communications.

Mandatory Requirements

- 6+ years of HR experience in an IT company – Mandatory
- Experience managing/leading a Talent Acquisition team – Mandatory
- Robust public speaking and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience in campus hiring and employer branding
- Exposure to performance management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident personality with strong presentation & executive presence

Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR | Zoho Recruit/HRMS experience
