Key Responsibilities
-Connect with prospective parents via outbound calls
-Explain school programs, facilities & admission process
-Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions
-Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups-Coordinate with branch teams for seamless communication
Eligibility
-Graduate / Postgraduate (any field)
-0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support
-Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
