Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the complete recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate with the Principal, HODs, and Management for candidate evaluations.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
- Complete joining formalities and induction for new employees.
- Maintain an updated recruitment and vacancy tracker.
2. Employee Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and biometric records of all employees.
- Manage leave applications, leave regularisation, permissions, and attendance discrepancies.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding attendance-related issues.
- Prepare attendance reports and provide inputs for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with the school's attendance and leave policies.
3. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts Department.
- Verify attendance, LOP, late marks, leave deductions, salary changes, increments, and current joinee details.
- Cross-check salary registers and payroll-related reports.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs to Accounts.
- Address employee queries related to salary and payslips.
4. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Ensure proper documentation of educational certificates, experience letters, ID proofs, bank details, PF/ESI/TDS-related documents, etc.
- Maintain records of joining, transfers, promotions, increments,
resignations, and relieving.
- Ensure employee data is updated accurately in the HRMS.
5. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee-related concerns.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate with the Principal/Management for resolution of employee concerns.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Conduct employee counselling where required.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and communicate school HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand attendance, leave, discipline, conduct, and other HR policies.
- Maintain statutory and compliance-related records as applicable.
- Support audits and inspections by providing required HR documentation.
7. Performance Management
- Coordinate annual appraisal and performance evaluation processes.
- Maintain appraisal and increment records.
- Coordinate with HODs, Principal, and Management for performance feedback.
- Track probation, confirmation, performance improvement plans, and employee development requirements.
8. Employee Engagement & Training
- Support employee engagement activities and staff welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain training and participation records.
- Support recognition and appreciation initiatives.
9. Exit & Separation Management
- Manage resignation and separation formalities.
- Coordinate notice periods and handovers.
- Conduct exit discussions/interviews where required.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlement with Accounts.
- Issue relieving, experience, service, and other separation-related documents as applicable.
10. HRMS Management
- Maintain employee information and records in the school's HRMS.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data.
- Generate HR reports as required by Management.

Pay: ₹11,038.38 - ₹33,152.57 per month
