Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Faculty to deliver practical and engaging HR training sessions for students and help them develop robust HR knowledge, communication, and employability skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct HR classes through online and offline modes.
- Teach topics such as HRM, Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, Employee Relations, Labour Laws, and HR Operations.
- Provide practical examples, case studies, and industry-based activities.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Conduct Soft Skills and Communication training sessions.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and career-oriented sessions.




- Guide students in projects and HR-related activities.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding student progress and course completion.
- Maintain class records and provide regular student feedback.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in HR.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of practical HR processes.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
