Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, assembly activities, and machine shop processes. The candidate should have experience in machine and tool manufacturing, engineering drawings interpretation, tool room operations, and production line management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
- Handle machine shop operations related to tools, equipment, and component manufacturing.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documents.
- Coordinate with the tool room team for tooling, fixtures, and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor production and assembly line activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality departments for smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records,



reports, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in the machine and tool manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with tool room operations.
- Experience in production planning and assembly line handling.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and production management.
- Good problem-solving and team management skills.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.
- Experience in industrial tools, lifting equipment, or engineering product manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
