KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate new leads through field visits and networking Visit colleges, hospitals, institutions and corporate organizations Promote Inspixion Academy’s training programs Counsel prospective students and clients Build institutional and corporate partnerships Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and presentable personality Good English and Malayalam communication Sales-oriented and target-driven approach Willingness to travel within Trivandrum Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply SALARY ₹15,000 – ₹30,000+ per month Plus attractive performance incentives Salary will depend on experience and performance.
