Network Support Engineer-Fortigate

Job Summary

We are looking for a Firewall Support Engineer with hands-on experience in FortiGate Firewall and Networking to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support network security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall.
- Manage firewall policies, ACLs, NAT and security rules.
- Troubleshoot Site-to-Site VPN and SSL VPN.
- Handle network connectivity and firewall-related issues.
- Work on Routing, Switching, VLANs and TCP/IP.
- Monitor firewall logs and network traffic.
- Support network devices such as routers and switches.
- Assist with firewall upgrades, configuration changes and maintenance.
- Document incidents, configurations and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in Firewall/Network Support.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Routing & Switching.
- Knowledge of VLAN, TCP/IP, NAT, ACL and VPN.
- Basic knowledge of OSPF is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- CCNA / Fortinet certification is an advantage.
