Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Typically 1–3 years of F&B; service experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Experience as a Senior Waiter/F&B; GSA is an advantage
F&B; Captain – Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the F&B; service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place, table setup, food & beverage service, and adherence to hotel standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments for timely and efficient service.
- Train and guide junior staff while ensuring hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
