Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate calls, customer interactions, and team performance.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are followed.
- Identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain QA records.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience and operational quality.




- Support continuous improvement of processes and performance.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Analyst in BPO/ Quality Assurance in BPO / Call Quality in BPO Sectors roles.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps and provide actionable feedback.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, on-site environment.
- Knowledge of multiple regional languages will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
