Position: Internal Support Engineer
Reports To: Department Head

1. Job Purpose

To provide effective internal coordination and administrative support to Sales, Service, Calibration, Purchase, Finance and Management teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requirements, quotations, orders, service activities, documentation and information.

The Internal Support Team acts as a central coordination point between customers, internal departments, suppliers/principals and field engineers.

- Warranty Claim Co-Ordination – Allocated Principle
- Sales Lead Entry, qualification & execution process – Allocated Region
- Key Responsibilities: Quotation Submission, PO Processing, Quotation Follow up, Sales Forecast
- Qualifications: BE/Diploma EC/IC
- Experience Required: 2-3 Years
- Skills: Robust Communication, Follow up, Quick Learner, Command on Excel, Outlook

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Quotation Submission, PO Processing, Quotation Follow up, Sales Forecast

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
