Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance and Consultation:

- Provide one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals.
- Advise students on the appropriate English language courses, including IELTS preparation, based on their needs and aspirations.

Handling Walk-in Queries:

- Greet and engage walk-in students with a skilled and friendly approach.
- Offer detailed information on available courses, fees, and schedule to assist students in making informed decisions.

Follow-up with Prospective Students:

- Make follow-up calls to prospective students who have shown interest in the programs, answering any questions and encouraging them to proceed with enrollment.
- Keep track of student queries and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and assistance.

Lead Conversion:

- Assist in converting leads into enrollments by addressing their concerns, guiding them through the registration process, and highlighting the benefits of the training center.
- Provide tailored counseling to students seeking career or academic direction related to language proficiency and IELTS.

Support in Enrollment Process:

- Assist students with course registration, documentation, and payment processing.
- Ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring students have all necessary information to begin their courses.

Student Relationship Management:





- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students by providing ongoing support and addressing their needs throughout their course.
- Monitor student progress and satisfaction, and assist in resolving any issues related to their studies or enrollment.

Promotional Activities:

- Participate in organizing workshops, seminars, or open-house events to promote courses and the training center.
- Help develop and promote marketing materials to attract prospective students.

Ongoing Student Support:

- Provide continuous advice and counseling to enrolled students regarding their progress, exams, and further language development.
- Offer assistance with IELTS exam preparation, providing study tips and resources as needed.

Collaboration with Faculty:

- Collaborate with the academic team to stay updated on course offerings, exam schedules, and any changes to the curriculum.
- Provide feedback from students to the academic team to help improve the courses and student satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in student counseling or sales (preferably in education or training) (not compulsory - Freshers can also apply)
- Solid organizational and administrative skills.
- A positive, empathetic, and patient attitude toward students.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
