Job Summary

The Customer Care Executive will handle customer enquiries, billing-related queries and account-related requests for UK-based residents through telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities
Handle telephone and email enquiries from residents.
Resolve customer questions and billing queries through phone and email.
Manage residential debts and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
Generate and issue utility usage bills as required.
Set up new customer accounts following site activation and tenancy changes.
Process Introduction Letters, Welcome Packs and Direct Debit mandates.
Process bank transfer payments into customer accounts.




Resolve customer and supplier queries and disputes professionally.
Maintain accurate customer account information and records.
Preferred Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve queries effectively.
Experience in client/customer account management is an advantage.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to handle queries, disputes and payment-related matters professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
