Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

* Check the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.

* Take site measurements and maintain records of work completed.

* Review drawings and coordinate with the design/technical team to resolve site-related issues.

* Monitor project progress and report delays, issues, and requirements to management.

* Prepare daily site reports, quantity measurements, and progress updates.

* Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.

* Follow and enforce safety procedures and construction-site standards.





* Assist with quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and contractor measurements.

* Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Requirements

* B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

* 2–3 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.

* Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.

* Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.

* Willingness to work at project sites in and around Ahmedabad.
