As we expand our project portfolio and institutional presence, we are looking for a well-connected, highly experienced Government & Institutional Relations professional who can strengthen our engagement with government bodies, public institutions, authorities, industry organizations and senior decision-makers.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:-

We are specifically looking for an individual who already possesses a strong and genuine professional network among Government Departments, Authorities, PSUs, Development Authorities, Municipal/Urban Bodies, Institutional Organizations and senior administrative/technical stakeholders.

The candidate should be capable of opening the right doors, arranging the right meetings, facilitating communication with the appropriate authorities and helping the company identify and pursue legitimate project opportunities.

Our Exact Requirement :-

We are looking for someone who can bring:

- Strong existing Government & Institutional connections
- Established relationships with senior and mid-level government officials and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of the Odisha Government / Government of India institutional ecosystem
- Knowledge of government departments, authorities, PSUs and institutional project processes
- Ability to identify upcoming construction, infrastructure and institutional project opportunities
- Ability to arrange meetings and introductions with relevant decision-makers




- Ability to represent Levenus professionally before government/institutional stakeholders
- Strong networking and relationship-management capabilities
- Understanding of tenders, EOI, empanelment, procurement and institutional contracting processes
- Ability to coordinate with internal Business Development, Tender, Technical and Management teams
- Robust communication, negotiation and follow-up skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Government & Institutional Networking

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant government departments, authorities, PSUs and institutional organizations.
- Establish regular communication with appropriate administrative and technical stakeholders.
- Represent Levenus before relevant institutions and authorities.
- 2. Project Opportunity Identification:-
- Identify upcoming and potential construction/infrastructure/institutional projects.
- Track project proposals, tenders, EOI, procurement plans, government announcements and institutional requirements.
- Provide management with early and reliable information regarding relevant opportunities.

3. Strategic Access & Meetings

- Facilitate meetings between Levenus management and appropriate government/institutional decision-makers.




- Develop introductions to relevant stakeholders where there is a legitimate business purpose.
- Assist management in building long-term institutional relationships.

4. Business Development Support

- Work closely with the Business Development and Strategic Alliances team.
- Support the company in converting institutional relationships into genuine business opportunities.
- Facilitate communication during pre-bid, tender, technical and commercial stages wherever appropriate.

WHO SHOULD APPLY???

MUST-HAVE

The candidate should preferably have:

- 8–15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on seniority.
- Demonstrable experience in Government Relations / Institutional Relations / Corporate Affairs / Infrastructure Business Development / Public Sector Business Development.
- Strong professional network in Odisha, particularly Bhubaneswar and other important project locations.
- Existing relationships with relevant government/institutional stakeholders.
- Experience dealing with senior officials, institutional authorities or large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the construction/infrastructure/project ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently develop and maintain a high-value professional network.
