POSITION OVERVIEW

- Role Title: Private Residence Butler

- Location: Lodhi Road, South Delhi

- Working Hours: Approx. 9–10 hours per day (Flexibility required for events and host duties)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Private Residence Butler for an executive family home in South Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be a hospitality skilled with strong food and beverage service fundamentals, practical bar knowledge, and the refined etiquette needed to translate luxury five-star hospitality standards into a warm, discreet private-home setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Food & Beverage Service Excellence

- Deliver refined daily meal service, including formal table setups, menu presentation, beverage service, and prompt clearing.

- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team regarding meal schedules, dietary preferences, service sequencing, and special requests.

- Ensure dining areas, service stations, silverware, and glassware are maintained to pristine standard.

Bar Operations & Inventory Management

- Manage and maintain the residence bar, including beverage inventory, glassware care, correct wine storage, and preparation of classic cocktails/mixed drinks.

- Conduct regular stock checks, track consumption,



and manage replenishment of beverages, garnishes, and service bar supplies.

Event Execution & Host Support

- Support family gatherings, dinners, and private events, managing beverage service and dining flow.

- Remain adaptable and extend duty hours during high-profile events or late guest engagements when operationally required.

Guest Logistics & Household Etiquette

- Anticipate family and guest preferences proactively while maintaining an unobtrusive, subtle presence.

- Uphold flawless personal grooming, refined communication, absolute discretion, and complete confidentiality at all times.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Professional Background: Prior experience in a luxury 5-star hotel, high-end club, fine-dining restaurant, or premium private residence.

- Technical Expertise: Practical expertise in formal F&B; service protocols; hands-on bar operations and basic mixology skills are essential.

- Core Competencies: Service-first mindset, keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and polished interpersonal etiquette.
