Location: Guwahati, Assam

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage overall branch operations & business targets

* Drive Gold Loan sales, customer acquisition & portfolio growth

* Lead and motivate the branch team

* Handle gold appraisal, KYC, documentation & compliance

* Manage collections, renewals & customer relationships

* Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations

Candidate Profile:

✅ 2–6 years of relevant Gold Loan / NBFC experience

✅ Prior Branch Manager / Branch Head experience preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products & processes

✅ Excellent sales, leadership & team-management skills

✅ Strong local market knowledge and customer-handling ability
