As the Social Media Manager for Nargis, you will be the digital face and voice of our brand. We are looking for a high-energy, creative storyteller who is as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind the scenes planning strategy. You will play a critical role in transitioning our traditional retail excellence into a powerhouse e-commerce presence and helping us build the team to support that growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & "Face of the Brand"

- Host "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) videos, Reels, and Live sessions showcasing our latest collections (Sarees, Lehengas, Shararas).
- Script and star in educational content about fabrics (Pure Katan Silk, Banarasi, etc.) and styling tips.
- Collaborate with models and photographers to ensure all imagery meets our "Royal & Traditional" aesthetic.

2. Strategy & Platform Management

- Manage and grow our profiles across Instagram, Facebook,



LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create a monthly content calendar that aligns with wedding seasons and new arrivals.
- Monitor trends in ethnic fashion and implement them quickly (AI-integrated visuals, trending audio, etc.).

3. E-commerce & Team Building

- Work closely with the owner to identify and hire a specialised team (video editors, ad managers, and customer service).
- Coordinate social media efforts with our e-commerce sales goals to drive website traffic.
- Analyse performance metrics to see what is converting viewers into customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
