Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for delivery boys, helpers, blue-collar workers, technicians and field staff.
- Source candidates through Apna, Indeed, WhatsApp groups, job portals and local recruitment networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate joining formalities, document collection and onboarding.
- Maintain an updated candidate database.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.

Requirements





- 0–1 years of experience in blue-collar or bulk recruitment.
- Experience hiring delivery boys, warehouse staff, helpers, drivers or technicians will be preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and job portals.
- Candidates from UP or Bihar preferred.
