Academic Counsellor (Onsite – Gurgaon) - JD

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 gross/month (10% TDS) + Uncapped Incentives

Role Summary

We're hiring Academic Counsellors to connect with warm leads, guide them through their decision-making journey, and drive conversions through consultative selling. Outstanding opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make 100–120 warm calls/day (not cold calls)

Handle 5 in-depth prospect calls daily (20–25 mins each)

Qualify leads from provided data and digital sources

Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers

Follow up via calls, email, and WhatsApp to drive conversions

Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM

Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience

Work toward monthly sales targets

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset; freshers welcome

Comfortable with high call volumes and target-based work

Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided)

Incentives: Uncapped,



performance-based

Monthly Target: ₹6–20 Lakhs

Salary Cycle: 26th–25th | Pay out: 3rd/4th of following month

Work Schedule

Days: 5 days/week Location: Indore (candidates must be able to work on-site)
