Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress websites for our projects, ensuring responsiveness and optimized performance. Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to support VidyaInterna Hub’s educational initiatives.
- Customize themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Optimize website performance, including page speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and content creators to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices to ensure visibility and improved rankings.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in WordPress development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in WordPress development (portfolio or samples of work required).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development, customization, and optimization.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.




- Knowledge of website performance optimization, including caching, minification, and image compression.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with e-commerce integrations (WooCommerce or similar).
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for interpreting UI/UX designs.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
