Sales Support / Data Entry Executive

Krizora Creations Private Limited is hiring 3 Sales Support / Data Entry Executives for our Coimbatore office.

Join South India’s leading gold chain and accessories manufacturer. The role involves supporting sales operations, order management, documentation, inventory controls, and accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities

- Create sales orders and job work orders in the system.
- Ensure correct documentation and legal compliance for goods moving between customers and the manufacturing unit.
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, production, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare invoices and delivery challans; apply basic GST knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry and records.
- Use CRM, Excel, and other business applications.




- Assist with goods handling whenever required.

Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Computer proficiency required

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in office work
- Jewellery industry experience preferred

Languages

English Malayalam Tamil

Salary

₹20,000 per month (CTC)
