The B30 Analyst, Strategic Sourcing & Business Enablement, will play a key role in advancing American Express Global Supply Management priorities by managing end-to-end contracting needs for American Express’s US-based business units through sourcing and contracting engagements. This position will support enterprise value creation through disciplined sourcing execution, supplier strategy, contract drafting and negotiation, risk-aware decision making, and compliant third-party engagement. The role is suited for a procurement professional who can operate with ownership, influence cross-functional partners, and translate business requirements into measurable sourcing and contracting outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Law, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier contract management, or commercial contracting within a large organization.

- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including SOWs and MSAs.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

- Experience working with supplier risk management and third-party governance processes is preferred.
