About Mind Meadow

Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary therapy and developmental care organisation providing psychological, behavioural, developmental, and rehabilitation services to children, adolescents, and individuals through its centres and online services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations as per client requirements.
- Provide individual psychological interventions and counselling within the scope of practice.
- Develop appropriate therapy/intervention plans based on client needs.
- Prepare accurate and timely psychological assessment reports.
- Conduct parent/guardian counselling and provide appropriate guidance regarding the child’s progress and intervention plan.
- Maintain detailed and accurate session and clinical records.
- Coordinate with Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and other professionals for multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in case discussions and team meetings as required.
- Ensure timely completion of reports, assessments and other assigned clinical work.
- Follow Mind Meadow’s clinical protocols,



professional standards and documentation requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and their families.

Eligibility & Requirements

- RCI registration/licence is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology / relevant Psychology specialisation from a recognised institution.
- Relevant clinical experience will be preferred.
- Strong assessment, intervention and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Skilled, empathetic and child-friendly approach.
- Commitment to ethical and professional clinical practice.
