We are looking for an experienced *CNC Programmer cum Production Supervisor* who can handle CNC programming as well as production supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* CNC machine programming and program modification as per component drawings.

* Strong knowledge of *2D panel / 2D drawing* and interpretation of engineering drawings.

* Prepare and optimize CNC programs for production.

* Handle tool selection, tool offsets, setting and basic troubleshooting.

* Supervise CNC operators and manage day-to-day production activities.

* Plan production as per targets and ensure timely completion of jobs.

* Monitor quality, dimensions and tolerances during production.

* Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

* Maintain daily production records and reports.

* Ensure proper machine utilization, 5S and workplace safety.





Required Skills

* Strong *CNC Programming* knowledge.

* Good understanding of *2D drawings/panels*.

* Engineering drawing reading and dimensional understanding.

* Knowledge of CNC tools, offsets and machining processes.

* Valuable production supervision and team-handling skills.

* Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

* *B.Tech / B.E. qualification is required.*

Preferred Candidate

Candidate should have practical experience in *CNC programming along with production/team supervision* and should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
