Job Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Executive from Kerala who will be responsible for creating, publishing and managing content across digital platforms to strengthen TranformX's brand visibility, community engagement and lead generation efforts. The role requires a hands-on professional who can independently create content, manage social media platforms, coordinate with agencies and ensure consistent online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Develop content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, website, and email campaigns.
- Write captions, articles, blogs, promotional content, event communications, and success stories.
- Convert consulting sessions, leadership insights, and business discussions into engaging content.
- Maintain and execute monthly content calendars.

Social Media Management

- Manage and update all social media platforms regularly.
- Publish posts, posters, reels, shorts, videos, and promotional content.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Video & Digital Content Publishing

- Upload and manage videos, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and event recordings.
- Create video descriptions, thumbnails, hashtags, and platform-specific content.
- Coordinate basic video editing requirements with external agencies or freelancers.




- Maintain organized digital content archives.

Digital Marketing Support

- Support digital marketing campaigns for consulting, learning, and community initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and generate basic reports.
- Assist in lead generation activities through digital channels.
- Support webinar, workshop, and event promotions.

Agency Coordination

- Coordinate with marketing agencies, designers, and content partners.
- Share content briefs and follow up on deliverables.
- Review creatives before publication and ensure timely execution.

Required Competencies

- Content Creation & Writing – Ability to create clear, engaging, and business-oriented content.
- Digital & Social Media Skills – Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Creativity & Storytelling – Ability to turn ideas, insights, and events into engaging posts and videos.
- Execution & Ownership – Ability to plan, publish, follow up, and complete tasks independently.
- Communication & Collaboration – Solid communication and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Digital marketing & content writing : 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calicut, Kerala
