We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to manage the strategies, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

Responsibilities

- Performance Marketing & Lead Generation - Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms with a clear focus on daily lead generation goals and CPL (Cost Per Lead) targets.
- Lead Conversion Strategy - Work closely with the Sales/Admissions team to ensure a seamless handover of quality leads.
- Crisis Communication & Brand Safety
- EdTech & Market Insight - Bring hands-on experience in the EdTech sector, understanding seasonal trends, student behavior, and conversion cycles.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and stay updated on digital education trends to keep campaigns relevant and engaging.
- Meta & Platform Expertise - Navigate Meta Business Suite, resolving ad disapprovals, account restrictions,



and other meta challenges.
- Stay updated on ad policy changes and implement best practices for long-term ad account health.
- Monitor daily ad spends and ensure effective budget utilization.

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience 2-4 years as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SMM/SEO
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred Digital Marketing certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
