Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate gear hobbing machines (manual ).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
Select and install hobs, fixtures, and cutting tools.
Adjust machine settings such as speed, feed, and cutting depth.
Monitor machining operations and make necessary corrections.
Inspect finished gears using measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, calipers, and gear gauges.
Ensure products meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning.
Troubleshoot machine or tooling issues during production.
Qualification
10th,12th & ITI
Minimum age: 18
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
