AABU packaging India Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online business across marketplaces such as Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms. The role will involve managing orders, processing invoices and shipping labels, monitoring order status, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, handling pickups, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and updating product listings, product information, images, pricing, inventory, offers, and product variations. The role will also include monitoring marketplace seller panels, resolving listing and order-related issues, raising and following up on support tickets, coordinating with logistics partners, checking inventory, managing returns and claims, and assisting with marketplace settlements and reconciliation. The candidate will maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports related to orders, sales, inventory, returns, shipments,



and other operational activities using MS Excel/Google Sheets. Attention to detail, accuracy, good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Job Requirements: Minimum qualification 10th or equivalent, with 6 months–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, data entry, back-office operations, or a similar role. Experience with Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Excel/Google Sheets, inventory management, order processing, logistics, and returns will be an advantage. The position offers ₹7,000–₹14,000 per month, depending on skills and experience, with opportunities for learning and growth. Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
