We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to help ensure everything related to IndiaZone meets our quality standards before and after it goes live.
Responsibilities:
- Review posters, videos, and marketing materials.
- Check website pages, registration forms, and subscription flows.
- Test links, buttons, and QR codes.
- Identify errors and coordinate with the team to resolve them.
- Monitor customer feedback and report quality issues.
Requirements:
- Solid attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Ability to spot mistakes and follow up until they're resolved.
- Freshers are welcome.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
