The Role

This is a sales role, not a support desk. You will be our customers' personal shopper. You'll guide them to the right products, close orders over chat and calls, and give them a reason to keep coming back. This is a full-time, work-from-office role at our Rajouri Garden office, with immediate joining (within 1 week).

What You'll Do

- Handle customer enquiries on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp, and turn conversations into orders
- Take and process manual orders placed through Instagram and WhatsApp
- Research and recommend the right products from a catalogue of 20,000+ items, based on each customer's needs, skin, and preferences
- Make feedback calls to recent customers
- Run retention calls and messages to bring back customers who haven't ordered in a while
- Handle customer concerns and redressal (around 10–15% of the role) with warmth and professionalism
- Keep customer records and follow-ups organised and up to date

What We're Looking For

- 6+ months in sales or client-facing roles at a D2C, e-commerce, or product-based brand (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
- Excellent written communication. Most of this role is on text, so your chats must be warm, clear, and persuasive
- Confident, polished phone communication in English and Hindi
- A genuine interest in beauty and skincare
- Strong research skills,



so you can find the right product quickly even with limited information
- Proven ability to close sales and build repeat customers
- Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic order tracking

Please Note

We are specifically looking for product/D2C sales experience. Applicants with only BPO or call-centre experience will not be considered for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Rajouri Garden, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
