Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor – Rubber Moulding to manage day-to-day production activities in the rubber sole moulding department. The candidate will be responsible for supervising operators, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining product quality, reducing rejection and wastage, and ensuring safe and productive machine operations.

Candidates with experience in rubber moulding, footwear sole manufacturing, compression moulding, or related production operations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations in the rubber sole moulding production line.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Supervise operators and helpers working on rubber moulding machines.
- Ensure proper machine setting, mould changing and production parameters.
- Monitor rubber compound/material usage and Check sole quality during production and ensure products meet required specifications.
- Identify and control defects such as flash, short moulding, air marks, uneven curing, dimensional variation, surface defects and colour variation..
- Maintain and Mointor production records, rejection reports, downtime records and shift reports. Implement 5S,



safety practices in the production area.
- Ensure proper handover of production status between shifts.

Required Skills

- 1–6 years of experience in rubber moulding / sole manufacturing / footwear production.
- Knowledge of rubber moulding processes and production operations.
- Experience handling production operators and shop-floor manpower.
- Basic knowledge of moulding machines, mould changing and process parameters.
- Ability to identify common rubber moulding defects.
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Knowledge of 5S, safety and quality practices.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
