Job Description:

We are looking for a energetic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team.

Location:Wadi, Nagpur,Maharashtra

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Conduct initial telephonic interviews

Schedule interviews with clients

Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

Coordinate with clients for hiring requirements

Requirements:

Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment

prior experience in a consultancy/recruitment firm is plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiner

Target-oriented and active learner
