Car Evaluator – Field JobJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Car Evaluator to inspect and evaluate used cars at different locations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections, identifying defects, assessing vehicle condition, and providing accurate evaluation reports.

This is a field-based role requiring daily travel to customer/dealer locations.

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect and evaluate used cars based on predefined inspection parameters.
- Check the vehicle's exterior, interior, engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, tyres, and other major components.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, body, and accident-related damages.
- Assess the overall condition of vehicles and provide accurate inspection reports.
- Carry out test drives when required.
- Travel daily to different locations for vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Follow company inspection standards and processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience as a Car Mechanic / Automobile Technician.
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.




- Valuable knowledge of automobile systems and vehicle inspection.
- Experience with Maruti True Value, Mahindra First Choice, Toyota, or Tata is preferred.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Willingness to undertake regular field travel.
- Basic English reading ability.
