We are looking for experienced Data Center Engineers from India to join our operations in Busan, South Korea. The selected engineers will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting data center IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, storage systems and related infrastructure. The selected candidates will be permanently employed for our operations in Busan, South Korea. Employment, compensation, relocation and work-visa arrangements will be discussed with shortlisted candidates in accordance with company policy and applicable Korean regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot data center IT infrastructure.
- Support physical and virtual servers and associated infrastructure.
- Monitor servers, networks, storage and infrastructure availability.
- Diagnose hardware, operating system and network-related issues.
- Support switches, routers, firewalls and other network equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades and approved infrastructure changes.
- Respond to incidents and perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other technical support teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, incident records, SOPs and infrastructure records.
- Follow data center security, safety, access-control and change-management procedures.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and on-call support when required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications or a closely related technical discipline.
- Preferably 4+ years of relevant experience in data center operations,



IT infrastructure, systems administration, network infrastructure or a similar environment.
- Candidates should have experience in Windows and/or Linux server administration- TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching.
- Hands on experience on Network troubleshooting, Physical and virtual server infrastructure, Server, network hardware troubleshooting, Data center installation and maintenance activities
- Good Knowledge of Infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools, Storage technologies such as SAN/NAS,Backup and recovery systems, VMware, Hyper-V or any virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware, Microsoft, AWS/Azure or ITIL will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
