Responsibilties:-

Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and presentations using MS Office.

Raise invoices, proforma invoices, quotations and all related commercial documentation with accuracy and expertise.

Maintain up to date sales record, client database, and project trackers in Excel.

Ensure timely updating, organization, and archiving of all sales and project-related documents.

Coordinate with clients for follow-ups, scheduling meetings, or calls, sharing information, samples, drwaings, and approvals.

Liaise with internal teams, including design, production, logistics, and accounts to ensure the timely execution of orders,.

Track approvals, production schedules, shipments, deliveries and installations, and proactively follow up until closure.

Support sales leadership with lead research, data mining, and preliminary client profiling.





Coordinate with vendors for specifications, samples, timelines, and documentation when required.

Act as single point of coordination for project status, ensuring transparent communication across all stakeholders.

Experience and skills

2-5 yrs of experience in sales coordination, backened sales support, or commercial operations.

Prior experience in interior decor, furnishings, carpets, architecture or hospitality supply is preferred.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS word, and powerpoint.

Comfortable handling multiple ongoing projects simultaneaously with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
