Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Die Maintenance Engineer with relevant experience in GDC / PDC / HPDC Die Casting. The candidate will be responsible for die maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and ensuring dies are available for smooth production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of die casting dies.
- Experience in GDC / PDC / HPDC dies and die assembly/disassembly.
- Troubleshoot cores, cavities, slides, ejector systems, inserts, guide pillars, bushes and cooling systems.
- Identify die wear, damage, leakage, flash and other die-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Tool Room teams for die repairs.
- Maintain die maintenance records, PM schedules and die history.
- Support current die trials, die modification and improvement activities.
- Monitor die condition and recommend timely repair/replacement of components.
- Ensure proper die storage,



handling and 5S / safety practices.
- Minimize die-related downtime and improve die life and performance.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Die Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
- Relevant experience in Die Casting / Automobile Components / Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of die assembly, repair, cooling systems and basic machining processes.
- Ability to read basic die/tool drawings.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Candidate Profile :

Candidates with strong practical experience in GDC / PDC / HPDC die maintenance will be preferred.

Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period candidates preferred.
