Job Title: Snr. Designer/Architect

Job Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Snr. Designer/Architect will be the major part of Mktng-Sales-Cr, SA-QC and Management at times. Attending each enquiry with results and savings (Time, Effort and Money) for both Client & Company. Weekly Presentation of Studio Report every Monday to CPO/CEO. Attending- Managing client interactions from Exhibitions, Events, New product launch etc.

2. Designing Concept drawings to As-built drawings, Material specifications for every project without over shooting the budgets, Estimating the Project cost, Supporting the PMPH for making budget quote, Managing/assisting the Design/Estimation team and keeping the studio etiquettes and System procedures run the business.

3. Updating master files of each Projects /Designers both Soft & Hard copies respectively along with Project Diary. Updating drawings list status (As per List of drawings for every project requested by PM)



of a project PRO-ACTIVELY without revisions and ensure the release of all drawings are with Client's & PM's/PH's approval before releasing to Site Engineer through Designer of that particular project. Prepare list of working drawings as per Request Register of each designer for a Project, along with PM/PH and monitor working drawings production as per schedule agreed in request register. Smart usage of Studio Seals (Positive for construction, Superseded and Reference only).

4. Regular site visits along with PMPHProj-Co bi-weekly basis to update client - office with a must MoM: Studio file and Site file cross checking. Execution confirmation at site as per the drawings. Materials usage as per the budget qnote and confirming the work progress as per orientation.

5. Initiate Evaluation of Self and Team in every month (between 25th to month end) with the HR. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time for the betterment of self and management.
