Join our team as a Student Mentor and support students in their learning journey. We are looking for responsible and student-friendly individuals who can communicate effectively, provide guidance, and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and support students throughout their learning journey.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents.
- Follow up on classes, attendance, and academic activities.
- Address student concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate with teachers and the internal team.
- Monitor student participation and engagement.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Provide updates and reports to management.
- Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements





- Minimum Qualification: +2 / Bachelor’s Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Student-friendly and responsible attitude.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Salary

- ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 Per month

- Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (In Office)
- Shift 2: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Work from Home)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
