Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for Store wise assortment planning, allocations & replenishment of stocks.
- Responsible for developing the right merchandise at the right place at the right time with right quantity
- Monitoring the Open to buy & the quality of assortment width and depth through regular weekly & fortnightly analysis.
- Ensure availability of core range at any given time in all the COCO / COFO stores.
- Analyzing consumer buying patterns on previous season’s performance and taking corrective action related to KPIs.
- Driving business growth of brand with solid product assortment, Competition and consumer analytics
- Seasonal store visits in respective markets to gather qualitative feedback from the stores
- Driving better sell-outs by aligning marketing and sales on Merchandise inflow in the season
- Maintenance of sales,



stock reports and conducting sell through analysis at periodic levels.
- Updating & circulating merchandise analytics & Retail KPI analytics on a weekly & monthly basis
- Collaborate with the marketing and visual merchandising team to represent and support the product sales
- Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Franchisee and store coordination for operational queries.

- Increasing number of stores across COCO/COFO has led to higher workload and coordination for the merchandising function.

- Timely stock placement & monitoring is of critical nature to ensure business delivery & inventory management.

- Existing team member has availed a maternity leave and operations have been impacted in her absence.

- Merchandise management is a critical function that aids the stores to effectively focus on sales generation by providing timely stock fills.
