Job Title: Senior Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of financial records, maintaining statutory compliance, supporting financial reporting, and assisting in budgeting and audit activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, payroll-related accounting entries, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management with financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations,
and other departments for finance-related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter / CMA / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹14,433.94 - ₹45,782.06 per month
