We are hiring an experienced Project Engineer to independently handle construction projects, with robust experience in premium residential, high-rise buildings, luxury villas, farmhouses, resorts, or heritage projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day project execution and site activities.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality, and timelines.
- Monitor manpower, materials, BOQ, measurements, progress, and project costs.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare project progress reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements

- Proven experience in residential/high-rise construction projects.
- Experience with private developers preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ, materials, measurements, and construction execution.
- Good contractor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site execution.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
