Job description

General Manager - Civil should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. He should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. He also needs to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

- Educational Qualification ; BE / B.Tech in civil Engineering with Minimum of 25 to 28 Years Experience
- Must have handled multiple Hotel & Resort Projects End to End
- Good Intrapersonal skills Strong command of English , Hindi & Local language
- Proficient in relevant Software
- Willing to travel extensively to multiple locations for project coordination

Responsibilities

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical Feasibility
- Ensure timely resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed




- Manage the relationship with the Architects / Consultants / Vendors and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements and skills

- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the star Category Hotel or Resort sector
- Good Educational background, preferably in the fields of Civil / Mechanical / Engineering
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Civil / MEP / Interior Finishes & Understanding Methodology & sequence of various works
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Autocad / MSP / Primeavera certification is a plus

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
