Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the health insurance sales team in managing leads, customer communication, policy documentation, renewals, and sales-related coordination.
The candidate will work closely with Sales Managers, insurance advisors/agents, customers, and insurance company teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of health insurance business.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with sales executives, insurance advisors, agents, and customers for health insurance requirements.
- Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Prepare and share health insurance quotations, product details, benefit summaries, and premium information.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for policy issuance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies/TPAs for proposal processing, underwriting, medical requirements, policy issuance, and endorsements.
- Track the status of proposals, payments, policy issuance, and pending documentation.
- Follow up with customers for premium payments and required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, proposals, issued policies, and renewals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure achievement of monthly sales and renewal targets.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor policy renewal dates and coordinate with customers and the sales team for timely renewals.




- Resolve basic customer queries related to policy documents, coverage, premium, and policy status, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and insurance partners.
- Ensure all sales documentation and customer information are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable insurance guidelines.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of health insurance products, policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and renewals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and CRM software.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Good coordination skills with sales, underwriting, operations, and insurance-company teams.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

- Candidates with experience in health insurance, general insurance, BFSI, insurance brokerage, or financial services will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, customer-focused, and good at follow-ups. Prior experience with health insurance products and working with insurance c companies, brokers, agents, or TPAs will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
