Key Responsibilities

Inventory Monitoring & Control

- Monitor inventory levels across stores and warehouses.
- Ensure optimum stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Track inventory ageing, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.
- Maintain healthy stock cover across assigned categories.

Order Management & Stock Dispatch

- Plan and release purchase orders/replenishment orders.
- Coordinate with sourcing, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely stock dispatch.
- Monitor order fulfilment and stock transfers between locations.

Demand Management & Forecasting

- Analyze historical sales trends and forecast category demand.
- Monitor demand variations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support seasonal and promotional demand planning.

Stock Optimization

- Improve inventory turnover and reduce stock holding costs.
- Identify stock gaps and excess inventory situations.
- Recommend actions for inventory balancing and liquidation.

Sales & Inventory Analysis

- Analyze sales, stock, sell-through, and category performance data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable business insights.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

- Participate in inventory planning and supply chain improvement projects.




- Drive automation and reporting enhancements using AI tools and advanced Excel solutions.
- Support process improvement initiatives across inventory and sales functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or In any disciplines.

Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations.
- Prior experience in Retail/Fashion/Apparel/FMCG industry preferred.

Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting concepts.
- Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Power BI AI, etc. for analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
