Position: Executive – Customer Experience

Location: Lake Shore Mall (formerly Viviana Mall), Eastern Express Highway, Service Rd, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400601

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Languages Required: English (Mandatory) & Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily centre operations
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Handle student and parent queries
- Follow up on admissions and leads
- Coordinate classes and centre activities
- Ensure an excellent customer experience

Who Can Apply?

Graduates with robust communication, customer service, and coordination skills. Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, admissions, administration, or operations is preferred.
