Job Summary:

MYG is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store. The role involves managing store operations, maintaining inventory, assisting with billing and stock management, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting overall store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and conduct follow-ups when required.
- Assist with billing, cash handling, stock management, and inventory updates.
- Receive, arrange, label, and display products neatly and ensure the store is well organized.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and other store-related documentation.

Requirements:





- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or inventory systems.
- Ability to handle stock, documentation, and routine store operations accurately.
- A responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Willingness to support sales and customer service activities when required.
- Prior experience in retail sales, store operations, inventory management, or a similar role is an added advantage.
