Job Role :

Own the strategy and execution of the risk analytics program — leading a team of analysts, driving AI-agent-based fraud detection, and balancing daily operations with long-term model improvements.

Qualifications

7-10+ years in risk/fraud analytics or data science, incl. 2-3+ years leading/mentoring a team. Financial Services, FinTech, or Fraud Ops experience required.

Expert SQL and coding skills (TypeScript, Python); experience architecting BigQuery pipelines and production-grade AI agent code.

Solid experience with AI-powered IDEs (e.g., Cursor), cloud SDKs, and case management/visualization tools.

Deep knowledge of anomaly detection, seasonality modeling, and fraud typologies.

Advanced prompt engineering skills (Claude, GPT) and context-window management, with ability to set team-wide standards.

Strong communication skills — able to translate complex findings for senior stakeholders.

Proven leadership: mentoring, performance management, and team accountability.

High accountability and organization under pressure, balancing operational and strategic priorities.





Bachelor's in CS, Math, or related quantitative field; AI/ML background required.

Responsibilities :

Own the strategic roadmap: prioritize model improvements, detection coverage, and efficiency gains.

Lead and mentor a team of analysts; own hiring, priorities, and quality of work.

Set standards for AI-agent architecture, prompt engineering, and code quality across the team.

Ensure reliable daily batch execution; personally troubleshoot escalations and systemic failures.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and leadership on fraud strategy and risk decisions.

Guide the team's approach to anomaly detection, seasonality modeling, and emerging fraud typologies (ATO, First-Party, Synthetic Fraud, fraud rings).

Define KPIs/OKRs and report on model performance and fraud trends to leadership.
