Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Dhaulana, Hapur Uttar Pradesh 245301

Reports To: Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to oversee the human resources functions at our chemical plant. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, Payroll, training and fostering a positive work culture while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles, including technical, operational, and support staff.

Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations:

Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.

Conduct regular employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.

Act as a point of contact for grievance resolution.

3. Compliance & Legal:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental policies specific to chemical manufacturing.

Handle audits and inspections related to HR and compliance matters.

4. Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee performance.

Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

5. HR Operations:

Manage payroll,



attendance, and leave records.

Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide input for employee career development plans.

6. Health & Safety:

Collaborate with the safety team to implement occupational health and safety protocols.

Address HR concerns related to workplace safety, including PPE compliance and emergency preparedness.

7. Reporting & Data Management:

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Prepare regular reports on HR metrics like attrition, absenteeism, and training hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with safety regulations in chemical plants.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage conflicts.

Experience working with unions or worker committees is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
