Black and White Creations, an Indian Railways Authorised Advertising Agency, is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager with strong B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and close new B2B business.
- Identify and approach corporate clients.
- Manage client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build long-term corporate client relationships.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience – mandatory.
- Advertising/media industry experience preferred.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication.
- Additional languages are an preferred.
- Solid negotiation, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
