Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
- Perform complete job setting and machine setup, including fixture, tool, work offset, and tool offset setting.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Prepare, load, edit, and modify CNC programs as required.
- Understand and apply G-code and M-code for CNC machining.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and machining parameters.
- Carry out first-piece inspection and ensure components meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, and other precision instruments.
- Make necessary tool offset and wear-offset corrections during production.
- Monitor tool life, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and machine performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot common machining, tooling, setting, and programming issues.




- Achieve daily/shift-wise production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Minimize rejection, rework, tool breakage, and machine downtime.
- Maintain proper production, inspection, and machine records.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, work instructions, and shop-floor discipline.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, fixtures, gauges, raw materials, and finished components.
